2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly

2.2 Information Generated During Training and Evaluation
As mandated by the Central Motor Vehicles Rules 1989, we collect and maintain:
- Attendance records for theory and practical sessions
- Driving evaluation scores from the Automated Driving Test Track (ADTT)
- Video footage recorded by HD CCTV cameras during evaluation (stored securely)
- RFID sensor data from the test track during evaluation
- Form 5B issuance records (date, validity, vehicle category)
- Digital identity verification records at the centre gate

4. Statutory Record-Keeping under CMVR 1989
Under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules 1989 (Rules 31B to 31J), ADTC Firozabad is legally required to:
- Maintain complete records of all candidates trained and evaluated
- Submit candidate data to the national Parivahan / Sarathi database administered by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
- Retain CCTV footage of driving evaluations for a minimum of six months
- Provide candidate records to the UP Transport Department upon inspection or request
- Maintain Form 5B issuance records for a period as prescribed in the Rules
This statutory collection and sharing is mandatory and cannot be declined by candidates. It is the legal basis on which ADTC Firozabad operates as an accredited institution.
5. Sharing of Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) / Parivahan: Form 5B issuance data is uploaded to the national Sarathi database as required by law.
- UP Transport Department: Compliance reports, candidate records during audits and inspections.
- Regional Transport Office (RTO), Firozabad: Verification of Form 5B when you apply for a driving licence.
- Law enforcement agencies: Only upon receipt of a lawful order, court order, or statutory requirement.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any private commercial entity. We do not share data with advertisers, analytics platforms, or social media companies.

- Physical records are stored in locked, access-controlled premises
- Staff handling personal data are trained in data handling obligations
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. While we implement strong safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data security incident affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Note: Data collected as a mandatory statutory requirement under CMVR 1989 — including your evaluation records, Form 5B data, and Parivahan database submissions — cannot be deleted at individual request, as this would breach our legal obligations as an accredited ADTC.
