10.2 Eligibility
Candidates must meet the minimum age requirement under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and must possess the applicable Learner's Licence for LMV and commercial vehicle categories. ADTC Firozabad reserves the right to decline enrolment to candidates who do not meet legal eligibility requirements.
10.3 Conduct on Premises
All candidates and visitors must comply with the centre's safety rules, instructions of instructors and staff, and all applicable traffic laws while on the ADTC premises. Misconduct, providing false identity, or attempting to manipulate the automated evaluation system may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund and may be reported to the UP Transport Department and law enforcement.
10.4 Fees
Course fees are as prescribed and communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are non-refundable once training has commenced, except in cases of cancellation by ADTC Firozabad. Partial refunds for incomplete courses may be considered at the centre's discretion, subject to the portion of training completed.
10.5 Evaluation
The automated evaluation on the ADTT (Automated Driving Test Track) is scored objectively by sensors and cameras.
